Whether you live on the beach, on the bay or in between, as an owner at The Shores you will have access to a Marina Slip for your boat.

Concrete floating docks with hydraulic boatlifts are available to Shores' owners to purchase. The first slips have been built at the Marina Boardwalk in Marina Village Section I. Each floating dock system will accommodate 18 boats up to 30 feet long. Purchase of a boat slip will provide you with convenient access to the beautiful Laguna Madre for boating, fishing and water sports. Although boat slips will be available to all lot owners at The Shores, subject to availability, those owners who own waterfront lots not fronting the Boardwalk have the option of building their own boat dock on their lot.

The Shores' Marinas will provide Shores' owners an exclusive amenity that is unavailable elsewhere in our area, designed to enhance The Shores' lifestyle.
