Streets are designed to create comfortable, friendly neighborhoods constructed of red brick pavers with landscaped architectural features at their ends and midpoints. Sidewalks are included on both sides of the street making walking, jogging and bike riding a pleasure.

Utilities are all located underground so as to not spoil the beautiful views. The first park at The Shores is located in Marina Village Section II and provides owners a wonderful place to spend the afternoon playing tennis, swimming or playing with the children in the play area. Lots of landscaping and green areas perfectly complement this neighborhood of bay homes, while the marinas and beaches are only a few steps away.
